FEBRUARY 29, 2024
Recommended by Small Potatoes Make The Steak Look Bigger. The kolo mee option was a nice touch, with the noodles curly and springy with a predominantly soy sauce and shallot flavouring. The ngoh hiong had very nice pork and fish flavour, while the rest of the niang with fish paste were also similarly strongly and nicely flavoured of fish. The meatball was supple and wanton was nicely plump. Nice.

The Hakka noodles was balanced, just sufficiently fragrant, savoury and greasy. The yong tau foo pieces were crispy outside and soft inside with the nice fish fillings. The meat patty was particularly nice, well marinated with the slight crunch from the bits of waterchestnut.

Hakka Noodles at Holland Drive
DECEMBER 19, 2023
Recommended by Small Potatoes Make The Steak Look Bigger. These were some tasty noodles, slick with oil, pork lard and savoury sauce, and soft with bite. The minced meat was similarly well flavoured and the fried stuffed goods or yong tau foo tasty and crispy. The stuffed goods in soup was nicely savoury and bouncy, but a bit less impressive.
