Papi’s Tacos – Mexican at Tanjong Pagar Road

Recommended by The Travelling Hungryboy. The fish tacos had a nice contrast in textures and flavours. The fish was crispy outside and soft inside, and the sauce had layered flavours or sweet, sour and slightly tart.

The food packed real Mexican kick and heat, particularly the paella, although I was here mainly for the view, which was fantastic.

The Lime Truck

The Lime Truck came to Singapore with a big bang, as one of the top food trucks in the US. I took my time to try it for the first time though, since Mexican food is not really my thing. The Beef Rib “The Gringo” Tacos was nice though, with balanced flavours, good bite and decent beef ribs with a good mix of softness and texture.
