Yun Nans at Westgate

I expected to be impressed by this, after Wong Ah Yoke from The Straits Times recommended this. While the textural contrasts in the crispy hor fun with truffle prawn broth was indeed interesting, I thought the flavours in this dish were quite muted and flat, with the prawn and truffle flavours barely apparent.
