Famous Eunos Bak Chor Mee at Eunos

A fifth-generation young hawker recommended by Johor Kaki. I remember this to be quite good, although I forget the details. The noodles were springy and tasty, apparently tossed in a punchy sauce comprising caramelised garlic, sambal chilli, fish sauce, vinegar, lard and lard crackling. The soup was of the Bedok Fengshan bak chor mee variety, light yet meaty and umami. The pork was fresh, although the dumplings were almost just skin, but tasty nonetheless.
