东方拉车面 Dong Fang Rickshaw Noodles at Yuhua

Recommended by Today. The egg noodles were really soft, such that the young to the old could slurp it down easily. The noodles came in a thick gooey broth much like lor mee, with a solid vegetable freshness and sweetness, and garlicky at the same time. The fishcake was bouncy and moist, while the vegetable fritter was crispy outside, chewy inside with some vegetable crunchiness. Indeed the breakfast of champions – rickshaw pullers – or more like the breakfast of nostalgia and hardship of yore.
