Ah Hui Big Prawn Noodle, Long House at Balestier

This was one of the recommended food stalls at Balestier Food Centre. The stock was light, sweet and serviceable, a Singaporean-style pork-bone sweetened soup, slightly above average. The prawns were fresh and flavourful. Not bad, but not something I would specially go back for.
