Tsuta – Ramen at Funan

The ramen had a fairly mild crab flavour, and tasted mostly of the flavour from pork bones and pepper. The egg was very nicely lava, while the crab was soft and sweet. This was quite elegant and not in-your-face, although I wished the crustacean flavour was punchier.
