Liang Ji Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee at Geylang

Recommended by ieatishootipost, The Hokkien Mee was dry and alkaliney, and seemed to suffer from the lack of a strong seafoody broth. The texture was quite nice, given its lineage (son of the Golden Mile Hainan Hokkien Mee), but I thought the flavour could be improved, importantly since this was the dry variety of Hokkien Mee. No one eating here at all, just after lunch.
