One Kueh At A Time – Soon Kueh at Pandan Loop

Very nice and refined soon kueh, in an industrial building at Pandan Loop. The skin was thin and gelatinous, and the filling crisp and juicy, as well as nicely flavoured. The hae bi hiam soon kueh was exquisitely fragrant, and the bak kwa one tasted really sweet and barbequed and smoky – 8.5/10.
