黄记云吞面 Depot Road Huang Ji Wanton Noodles at Bukit Merah View

What a wait during lunch hour, of about half an hour even though the queue wasn’t long. The portions of everything were big. The egg noodles were cooked well and drenched in a nice savoury and slightly sweet black sauce. The char siew was also chunky and sweet. Also chunky were the wantons, filled with well marinated minced pork and little bits of prawn.
