28 Rojak at Tanglin Halt

I thought this was a very nice under the radar rojak. They were very generous with their ingredients, including the you tiao, peanuts and shrimp paste/sauce. The shrimp paste/sauce was really funky and pungent, and gave the rojak a nice kick. The peanuts were fragrant, and the you tiao and taupok were nicely crispy and smoky, from being grilled. I really wonder why this was so under the radar, although they had been featured in the Chinese papers, and appeared to be frequented by many MediaCorp celebrities.
