Nurul Delight – Nasi Lemak at Bukit Batok

The rice was good – light, fluffy, grainy and lemak and fragrant with coconut milk. The chicken wing was fried quite nicely, and was crispy and tender, although lacking a bit of the turmeric fragrance. The bergedil and egg were quite standard, although the sambal goreng was a bit off. The queue though – it really took a long time for the queue of five persons to move, they looked short handed and somewhat slow. Nothing earth shattering here. The original sister stall Nurul Delights selling mee rebus and mee siam was right next door in the same coffeeshop.
