This was the $38 mid-premium chirashi don. The uni and prawn were creamy and rich, although the uni was just slightly fishy and metallic. The various fish tasted strangely uniform though, and didn’t have much of their own flavour. The toro was even a bit mushy. Odd that this was so popular.
