Carne – Burger at Amoy Street

This was the famed burger outlet, opened by an acclaimed Argentinian chef. The burger had a good meaty flavour and was grilled nicely with a nice soft bun, but I thought it was not juicy and flavourful enough, not coming with any sauce except for the tomato salsa sauce. Everything else was quite normal.
