King of Fried Rice at Jurong East

The branch of the famed Golden Mile eatery, with the scarily long queues since it opened and the Heightened Alert Work From Home began, both in mid May. The rice was 粒粒分明, with good wok hei, and XO and hae bi fragrance (perhaps a bit too salty). The pork chop was meaty, tender and juicy, with a nice slightly savoury and meaty flavour.
