Green Chilli Chicken Rice at Aljunied

Seious forty minute queue. Everything component here was superb. The basmati rice was slightly fragrant, nicely fluffy and grainy, and tasted great when eaten with the chicken sauce, green chilli or sambal belachan. The chicken was really tender, juicy and smoky, and came with a flavourful and qq skin. The sauce that it came with had a nice slight kecap manis-like sweetness, and the green chilli was smoky and fragrant with a solid chilli earthiness. The sambal belachan had a very good hae bi hiam flavour. Even the fish keropok packed a solid fish flavour. I would queue 40 minutes again for this.
