Happy Congee – Chee Cheong Fun & Porridge at Jurong East

The porridge was actually quite nice, smooth and slightly savoury with diced mushrooms and sliced pork, and with the rice grains thoroughly broken down. The zha liang was very good, with the rice rolls soft and smooth, you tiao crispy and fragrant, and the soy sauce providing that nice tinge of savouriness.
