Ming Ji Chicken Rice at Bishan

I was brought here by Alison of Ali Eats, who gushed over the chicken rice and tender juicy chicken here. The chicken rice was flavourful with chicken oil, moist and of the right oiliness, and still grainy. There was also a slight sweetness from the sauce. One of the nicest chicken rice around. The chilli had character and was spicy, citrusy, and slightly bitter. The chicken was springy, if a bit tough because it was breast meat, and slightly flavourless. I must go back to try the drumstick.
