The chee cheong fun was really nice, one of the best hawker versions of the Hong Kong chee cheong fun. The rice sheets were smooth and silky, carefully made and not clumpy or broken, with a good rice flavour, springy prawns within, and a nice and balanced savoury and sweet sauce. The half an hour queue was madness though, for chee cheong fun.
