Sumo Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee at Ang Mo Kio

An unexpected find, after finding that Song Heng Fishball Noodle was closed. The stall had a bit of a queue waiting for the new wok of Hokkien mee. The Hokkien mee was prawny, sticky and very flavourful – the stock was good. Even the chilli had a good hae bi fragrance. Prawns were fresh and sweet. Unexpectedly very nice.
