Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Noodle Rice – Dumpling Soup at Beauty World

This stall has suddenly been blowing up on social media. The invisible queue was here amazing, with so many waiting around the stall. The flavouring here was very subtle, with the chicken and the noodle sauce having a very slight bittersweet light soy sauce flavour. The chicken drumstick was flavourful and had some bite within its tenderness, while the noodles were cooked very soft. The dumplings were humongous though, full of prawns and black fungus, and tasting full, sweet and crunchy. I would come back for the dumplings but not for the soya sauce chicken noodles, given that the wait was close to 40 minutes. I think they opened only at noon, and I sense they will like sell out way before 7pm.
