Eggslut – Burger at Scott’s Square Orchard

So the Fairfax Sandwich was not bad, with buttery, velvety and runny scrambled egg in warm toasted brioche bun, perked up with the sriracha mayo and sweet caramelised onions. Nothing I will go back to queue up for though, with the whole package lacking a certain punch and variations of textures and flavours – a bit one dimensional.
