Feima Taiwan Stone Hotpot at Crawford Lane North Bridge

Very flavourful, hearty and layered soup, full of the flavours of the dried cuttlefish, onions and meat that was stir fried in the hotpot before the broth was poured in. I can imagine anything tasting nice in this sweet and savoury broth, although I will recommend adding a mixture of vegetables and meat to increase the layers of sweetness and savouriness. We finished the entire pot of soup.
The cost of all the ingredients add up quickly though, so you really have to edit your choices when you eat there. The lu rou fan was just competent though, and I could have gone with or without it.
