Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee at Jurong West Avenue 5

Recommended by SG Food on Foot, and located at a standalone food court at the old Jalan Bahar Camp. This was the watery type of Hokkien Mee, but very flavourful and with a good wok hei. You could taste the sweetness of the prawn and the smokiness of the wok hei in the gravy, and the the noodles were quite al dente. The sio bak was salty and not so tender though, and you could taste just a tinge of the alkaline from the noodles. Overall an above average Hokkien Mee.
