Recommended by ieatishootipost. The curry and braising sauces were the mild and gentle type, with the curry tasting just slightly lemak and coconuty, without much of a hook or kick. The pork chop was refined with the Japanese panko, tender inside and crispy outside, and tasting slight sweet. Ditto the cabbage, which was refreshingly crisp yet tender and sweet. The braised pork belly was fatty and bouncy, and again had a mild soy sauce, five spice and sweet flavour. The only predominantly salty thing was the prawn fritters, which was fried in the old school puffy way, and was crispy having just come out of the wok. Not bad.
