Recommended by 8 Days, and opened by an ex-Les Amis chef. One of the recommendations was the Pink Guava and Pear. The pretty cake was gently and flowery sweet, very delicate and layered, with many different textures, from the fruity guava and elderflower mousse encasing three different layers – diced fresh pears, pink guava jelly and a buttery and crumbly cookie base. The latte was so so though, very milky.
