Recommended by The Straits Times, and formerly a hawker at Maxwell Food Centre. This was quite a good ramen. The gyokai tonkotsu ramen had a good pork, powdered fish and seafood flavour, with a very drinkable smoky soup that I finished, al dente ramen, perfect onsen egg, and thick and tasty cha shu.
