Jew Kit – Hokkien Mee at Killiney Road Orchard

Jew Kit is more known for their chicken rice. But their Hokkien Mee recommended by SethLui.com was really not bad. This was the wet type with just a hint of wok hei, but the broth was really full of thick savoury seafood and prawn flavour, which was nicely soaked up by the springy noodles and bee hoon. The eggy fragrance was also prominent, and the sotong (squid) and prawns and fresh and bouncy, although lacking sweetness.
