Sweets Craftsman at Cavan Road Jalan Besar

Recommended by eatbook.sg and opened by an ex-Raffles Hotel baker. The cake itself was a bit heavier, but the cream in the tie guan yin fujiro had a really nice and subtle tea flavour and fragrance, and was really light, fluffy and balanced. Plus it looked really pretty and instagrammable as well.
