Cheng Heng Kway Chap and Braised Duck Rice at Holland Drive

Recommended by Johor Kaki. The ten person queue moved really quite leisurely; I got my food only after thirty minutes. The kway was really soft, silky and smooth, coming in a nice sweet savoury braising stock. The stock with the duck breast slices was really deep, just slightly herby and had a bit of the duck and pork intestines flavour, and the duck was really tender and flavourful too, with just that slight bit of chewiness. Nice.
