Araya Shouten – Sushi at Tanglin Mall

Recommended by 8 Days. Really fresh sushi but in a takeaway fashion, and not cheap at S$45. The otoro was so so, fatty but not so full in flavour, but the scallop and uni were really sweet and rich. Interesting variety of fish too, all fresh, sweet and creamy, including kinmedai (alfonsino), amadai (tilefish), hedai (seabream) and kijihata (grouper).
