South Buona Vista Braised Duck at Desker Road Jalan Besar

The braising sauce was still sticky, tasty and layered, but something was missing. While the braised duck was still fairly tender and moist, it seemed to be sliced just that bit thicker compared to South Buona Vista, which made for a more chewy bite. The kang kong was still fragrant with hae bi, perhaps just a bit less so and a bit more 青. Perhaps this is all my imagination, but I won’t really come out here for them now…
