Papi’s Tacos – Mexican at Tanjong Pagar Road

Recommended by The Travelling Hungryboy. The fish tacos had a nice contrast in textures and flavours. The fish was crispy outside and soft inside, and the sauce had layered flavours or sweet, sour and slightly tart.
