Quan Xiang Fish Porridge – Fish Soup at Upper Bukit Timah

Recommended by Eunice Quek of The Straits Times Cheap And Good some time ago, and by Denise Tan of CNA Makan Kakis recently. The. soup was comforting, fresh and mildly sweet-savoury from apparently fish sauce, and the grouper was really refined – fresh, tender, slightly bouncy and sweet. Very nice.
