Redhill Pork Porridge at Redhill Lane

Opened by Miss Tam Chiak with two chefs. The porridge was gloopy and textural like a good Hainanese porridge. The ingredients that came were okay – a couple of meatballs and liver, and five to six slices of pork. The porridge was strangely under flavoured, tasting more of just salt and less of any kind of underlying stock.
