Gyosen – Japanese at Fortune Centre Middle Road Bugis

You can really feel and taste that everything was done with a lot of attention and care in the chirashi. All the sashimi were fresh and tasty, with good and balanced textures and flavours all the same. The prawn especially was really large and creamy – hard to get even at the best Japanese restaurants. The bowl was further enhanced in terms of texture with the ikura, tobiko and furikake. Even the rice was really tasty and nice with the mushroom flavour.
