Recommended by 8 Days. The Signature Crispy Chao Ta Bee Hoon with Seafood was really nice, crispy and dry outside, moist and flavourful inside, with serious wok hei. The Homemade Tofu with Crab and Pumpkin Sauce had a nice soy bean flavour, with good tenderness and jiggliness. The sio bak in the Roast Meat Duo Platter had a good crispy crackling with moderate thickness, and tender meat. The char siew was so so I thought, sticky and sweet, and with just moderate caramelisation.
