The sashimi was really fresh and the signature mix maki quite tasty and rich in flavours. Signature #1 consisted of tempura prawn, egg, cucumber, avocado topped with salmon roe and bonito flakes, and was pleasantly sweet due to the sweet takoyaki-like sauce, and signature #2 spicy tempura prawn, egg, cucumber, avocado topped with awanori furikake, and was a bit more creamy and savoury-spicy from the mentaiko-like sauce.
