香港豉油鸡 Hong Kong Soy Sauce Chicken at Golden Mile Beach Road

Recommended by Johor Kaki. The spring onion or scallion oil ladled on the noodles was really nice, and lent a refined fragrant touch to the noodles. The soy sauce chicken was gently and subtly flavoured, and really tender and savoury. The egg noodles were really springy and picked up the light soy sauce flavour really well. The wantons were really plump and contained 2 whole prawns and tobiko inside. Tasty and satisfying, although the chopping was a bit uneven with some bone fragments. Very nice.
