叉烧楊家家来 Restoran Char Siew Yoong at Taman Pertama Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

Recommended by Johor Kaki. I could walk in in the early afternoon on a Sunday. The char siew here was thick and luscious with thick sweet skin. It was fatty, tender, slightly caramelised, and balanced savoury sweet. The sio bak or siew yoke was thick and good as well – tasty and balanced savoury meat with shatteringly crisp crackling of balanced thickness. The rice was soft and fragrant as well. Nice.
