This was to my mind one of the best black carrot cake in the east. The carrot cake was soft yet firm, and fried to the requisite sweetness with some caramelisation and eggy smoothness. The only 美中不足 was the bitter char at some bits and the uneven spread of the egg. But overall worth travelling out for.
