Fong Sheng Hao – Toast at Paya Lebar

You could smell the charcoal scent near the outlet’s kitchen. The egg was smooth and runny, and pork was sweet with charred ends. The toast was nicely and evenly toasted, and slightly crispy on the outside. This was a good tasting toast, although I struggled to taste any charcoal flavour.
