Huat Heng Fried Oyster at Whampoa

The fried oyster was unoily and quite light, eggy and crispy. The chilli was quite nice, piquant and not overly spicy. The oysters were big and fresh. Overall a good plate, which is probably why it was recommended by the 2019 Michelin Guide.
