Tsui Wah – Hong Kong Wanton Noodles & Western at Jem Jurong East

New at Jem. The noodles were quite crunchy, but not as much as I expected. They were coated in a nice and fairly deep soy sauce, much like that for soy sauce chicken, but a bit less sweet and intense. The wantons had crunchy prawn fillings with silky skin – nice.
Back again on March 24, 2022. The mixed grill was seriously excellent. All the various meats were fresh and tender, yet having the flavours of the specific meats, whether it is beef, lamb or pork. Really satisfying with the fragrant red wine gravy.
