Ang Moh Zi Char – Rosti & Steak at Taman Jurong

The rosti was not bad and quite tasty, with a good crisp outside, although not sticking together too well and at some parts not soft enough inside. I rather like the sour cream, not overly sour with some slight sweetness. The steak was nice too, fairly tender, smoky and beefy. One thing though – the whole dish seemed to be swimming in oil.
