Very nice french toast. Beautifully made. Slightly crispy outside and soft and fluffy inside, with just the right sweetness from the supposed vanilla infusion, maple syrup and yogurt, the freshness from the caramelised apple, banana, and berries, and texture from the granola crumbs. And all for S$15.
