Minced Pork Bros – Minced Pork Noodles at Old Airport Road

Recommended by ieatishootipost, and opened by the owners of Roast Paradise. Fairly normal but springy noodles, with each of the ingredients done quite well and fresh, including the her kiao, dumpling, prawn paste, pork slices, and crispy and fragrant tee poh. The noodles was just overly vinegary and spicy though, and the whole bowl not cohesive as a dish.
