Eightisfy Western at Bukit Merah Central

Recommended by 8 Days, and opened by an ex-Cicheti chef right beside Mui Siong. The stall was really popular, and required a 15 minute wait at 12nn. The chicken chop was crispy and charred, but a bit tough. It was paired though with a superb black pepper sauce, full of solid black pepper and meaty demi-glace flavour. Additionally, the coleslaw was fresh, crunchy and competent.
