Pham Quyen – Vietnamese at Pasir Panjang Road West Coast

The bun cha gio with grilled chicken came with a nice crunchy and crispy fried spring roll wrapped with fried vermicelli, enveloping soft and seasoned minced chicken, blended prawns, and diced vegetables. The grilled chicken was smoky, well seasoned and tender, and matched the dish well. The rice noodles, oddly, was the thicker type – I would have preferred thinner ones. The red dipping sauce was nice though, sweet, spicy and slightly funky.
