The Burger Coy at Amoy Street

This was a new stall by a new hawker, recommended by Miss Tam Chiak. The truffle mushroom burger was quite a nice one, moist, rich, thick and fragrant with the truffle oil and mushroom sauce. The bun was soft and buttery, patty moist, smoky and slightly gristly. The package was well put together and very alluring. Nice.
